 Are you having trouble logging in?

If you are having password expired issues when logging in to APSB services, it may be because you did not change your temporary password on a University computer when you swiped your card on one of our password reset machines. Please use one of the following methods to reset your password:

If you are enrolled on a course and come in to the University for your lessons, you can reset your password using one of our password reset machines which can be found in the following locations:

  • Summer Row - Resource Centre
  • Summer Row - Library
  • Richmond House - Resource Centre
  • McIntyre House – ThinkSpace

When you swipe your card you will receive a print out of a temporary password, this password expires immediately, this is so you can change it to one of your own, this must be completed on a student computer in the University. If you do not change your password straight away you will see password expired messages when you try to login to APSB services.

Please make sure you change your password on a University computer immediately after you swipe your student id card on a password reset machine.

If you want us to change or supply you with login details we will need you to send us additional information as proof of identity. Please email us at info@apsb.edu.eu with your details which should include the following:

  • Student ID
  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Permanent home address (including postcode)
  • The course you are studying

Please do not send copies of your passport or other sensitive information via email. Once your identity has been confirmed, we will send you your login details. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.
