INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION NOTICE
1、 The Asia Pacific School of business digital library is a data-based service organization that provides literature for faculty, students and alumni of the University. Its main task is to establish an Internet information environment with rich content and convenient access to meet the continuous spirit of talent training and discipline development of the University.
2、 The digital resources provided by the digital library to users are mainly various kinds of documents and materials officially purchased and self built under the protection of the copyright law in the country (border) where the College (Department) and campus are located, such as books, periodicals, dissertations, newspapers, audio-visual materials, databases and other printed and electronic network-based digital resources.
3、 Digital library respects and maintains the copyright enjoyed by any individual, group or institution; Pay attention to protecting the intellectual property rights of information products and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of authors in digital information services.
4、 The digital library attaches importance to the legitimate rights and interests of legitimate users inside and outside the school (including but not limited to faculty, students and alumni) and the overall interests of the University. According to the principle of reasonable use in the copyright law of the country (border) where the College (Department) and campus are located, it carries out digital map information services.
5、 In order to protect the intellectual property rights of various literature resources, maintain the reputation of the Asia Pacific School of business, and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of legitimate users inside and outside the school (including but not limited to faculty, students and alumni), the museum calls on all colleges (departments), faculty, students and alumni to understand, attach importance to and consciously abide by the country (border) where the College (Department) and campus are located Relevant provisions on intellectual property rights in China.
6、 Digital library owns all intellectual property rights for all self built or jointly developed information contents and services published on its official website; Without formal written authorization, no unit or individual shall copy, imitate or mirror the content of the official website. Any unauthorized use, whether electronic or non electronic, in whole or in part, constitutes infringement. The museum will reserve its right to criminal prosecution or civil litigation.
7、 The digital library tries its best, but does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or security of the external links set up on its official website to provide convenience to users.
8、 When legal users inside and outside the school (including but not limited to faculty, students and alumni) copy, download or refer to the collected books, periodicals, dissertations and other documents for learning purposes, the storage time of a single volume of documents shall not exceed 24 hours.
9、 The reproduction, downloading or reference in the document delivery service provided by the digital library shall comply with the same provisions as Article 8.
10、 The service of digital products of collected documents shall not violate the relevant provisions of the copyright law in the country (border) where the College (Department) and campus are located; The services of information products that have not completely solved the copyright problem shall be subject to necessary restrictions on the place, time, quantity and mode of utilization.
11、 In view of the uncontrollable restrictions of various conditions, the library is still unable to ensure timely contact with all copyright owners of the content on its official website; If there are omissions, please contact or inform the author in time. If the copyright owner has any objection to the publication of his work, the library will amend, hide, delete or revoke it in accordance with his opinions.
12、 For the electronic resources purchased by the college and limited to the use of campus network users, all colleges (departments), campuses and resident institutions or individuals are required to abide by the principle of "four no's and one no's": do not use network download tools for batch download, do not provide access services for off campus personnel through self-set proxy servers, and do not provide the obtained documents to off campus personnel Personal accounts (staff, students and alumni accounts) shall not be provided to personnel outside the school; It has not leaked our electronic resources, nor has it made use of the obtained literature to seek commercial interests.
13、 In case of violation of the above-mentioned acts, the museum will cooperate with the relevant supervisory organs of colleges and universities to thoroughly investigate and seriously deal with them. Including but not limited to cancellation of account number, prohibition of access to all electronic resources of the library, etc., and circulate a notice of criticism in the whole hospital. If the violator is responsible for all legal consequences caused by the violation, it has nothing to do with the College (Department), campus and the museum.
The Asia Pacific School of business digital library (Chinese version), with a collection of more than 50000 books (digital version); It involves humanities, science, philosophy, history, astronomy, art and finance, education, management and comprehensive books. The book mountain and sea are all inclusive. In particular, the reference books and thesis library are only open to faculty, students and alumni.
The Asia Pacific School of business digital library connects with three well-known digital libraries at the same time: UNESCO's world digital library, Harvard MIT joint online digital edX and the National Library nap to achieve interactive and seamless connection.
The paper library adopts legal non-profit education, removes DRM protection, and supports access, download and reference (plagiarism, plagiarism, misappropriation and tampering in any form are prohibited).
According to the Treaty of the World Intellectual Property Organization and Article 103 of the Millennium digital copyright act, non-profit libraries, archives or educational institutions (including but not limited to universities, colleges and research institutes) can not be bound by digital copyright (but we promise to fully push the relevant information of their copyright owners to the public and will not hide their copyright).
