On July 1, 1995, Ph.D. Martin Anderson became the first dean of The Asia Pacific School of Business and served for 8 years. In the following years, other visionary leadership and scholarship have shaped the learning, management, innovation, energy and mission of The Asia Pacific School of Business to make the college a better place.

After the merger, reorganization, and upgrade of The Asia Pacific School of Business, the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors has been implemented to regenerate a new school leadership. Since 2018, The Asia Pacific School of Business has officially pressed the restart button to start a new journey.
