Academic Committee

The Board of Directors has delegated to APSB’s Academic Board responsibility for the oversight of academic matters. While the Academic Board reports to the Board of Directors, its consideration of academic matters is conducted separately from meetings of the Board of Directors.

According to the comprehensive and repeated partnership agreement reached between The Asia Pacific School of Business and Global Academy of Finance & Management, both parties have made it clear that both parties will maximize certification and accreditation in the form of cross-authorization without harming the interests of the other party. To this end, the two sides agreed and established a special committee to jointly establish a joint board of directors of "APSB AND GAFM UNITED COLLEGE" (AAGUC).
